As a therapist, I am quick to listen and slow to speak. I utilize systemic and client-centered therapy, which simply means that you will be encouraged to actively participate in this non-blaming and non-judgmental client-focused treatment process that takes into account different areas of your life (systems) that may impact or influence the difficulty you are experiencing. I strive to meet you where you are. You will be encouraged and supported as you become more confident with participating in the therapeutic process and explore solutions to making healthy changes within your life. Client-centered and systemic therapies are a self-discovery process that help you gain a stronger sense of identity as you work toward your therapeutic goals.
